1. Prepare your photo for uploading by resize it to:-

Width: 150 pixels
Height: 200 pixels

Found http://www.imagecrop.com/ to be a good place to start preparation an image as an avatar.

2. Go to PROFILE

3. Select AVATAR

4. BROWSE for the prepared Image on you pc as the avatar

5. Save

DONE
