Tangle fur

Sigh....dunno y mocha's fur become tangle.I try to get an anti tangle n comb for him...but stil cant :~(

i cut his tangle fur out yest...so sad.

yes i did..everyday i back frm work ll brush him...he tangle mostly at his underarm area...very hard to comb at tat side.even brush everyday oso the same thing ll happen :~(

mayb u can ask d groomer to help to shave d underarm...

or groom it in a way that can prevent it from tangling....

i think tangle very common on cocker spaniel, happen on russell very often too.. what i did i just cut the portion hair away.. luckily so far he no complaints on my skill. geek

but most likely is bcoz too much hair on certain parts.
i think the best way is we need to send them to grooming frequently ( if u hv no financial prob.. :~(

), groom daily, and spray on some tangle free add on.
dont worry.. many cockers hv the same prob.. *hug*

wen i try to cut his fur tat time really sad lo pale

mocha oso dun1...he want to melarikan diri.so pity..me 2weeks bring to basic grooming once.then 2mths fully grooming once.really pk bring him to grooming.cost me rm80.sigh Sad

i did get an anti tangle spray but i dun think suits for cockers coz ll make his fur looks wet n not fluffy anymore scratch

i ask the petshop ppl they ask me using wat shampoo.currently i use ALL SYSTEM shampoo.then he said mayb is too soft make mocha fur easy to tangle and ask me dun use conditioner too much.but wen i ask mr ang(pro groomer) he ask me to use conditioner on mocha so tat his fur can grow longer. Neutral

I get knots and mats when I go too long between grooming sessions. The groomer uses a special wire detangle brush on me and sometimes it takes it out. Otherwise I have to be shaved so I come out even.

But i think Mocha should use conditioner... nike after used conditioner .. fur more shinning and smooth...

izit?i oredi buy a conditioner 4mocha.wat brand u using?how old is ur kids?i jus thinking of the tangle onli but now i cut oredi the fur around his underarm Sad

i use slicker brush to remove my ECS tangle. Works well for me.

is it american cocker will hv more tangles? may be russell less hair, he will hv one or 2 after few mths time.. so now i know why u can't just cut off the tangles.. otherwise he sure complaint.. haha
